In the healthcare sector, Penta is expanding with networks of hospitals and clinics ProCare and Svet zdravia. In the Czech Republic, 34 Alzheimer Home facilities for patients with Alzheimer’s have been purchased, where they will receive appropriate and quality care. The Dr. Max network is growing and expanding into Italy and Serbia. In the real estate sector, Penta Real Estate has successful residential, retail, and commercial projects in Bratislava, Prague, and Warsaw. The most well-known and highest-profile of these include Bory Bývanie, Masaryčka, Nová Waltrovka, and Nuselský Pivovar.

The year 2024 was also the first year that the Penta Fund opened to external investors. By participating in selected projects, the fund contributed to diversifying and increasing the overall volume of investments. For investors, this means access to premium projects in healthcare and real estate, participation in returns from successful acquisitions, and more portfolio diversification.
