Penta Real Estate continues its dynamic expansion

Its portfolio is increasing with several new projects that are currently in preparation. We’ll introduce you to the most interesting projects.

Southbank, Bratislava

A huge area on the Danube’s southern bank between Apollo Bridge and Prístavný Bridge will be transformed. The total floor area of approximately 210,000 m² will provide 900 apartments. The project also plans for 85,000 m² of office and retail spaces. At first, there will be five residential towers and one office building. There will be up to 3,500 parking spaces available, mainly underground, and the extension of the tram line to the new zone.

Construction is expected to begin in 2026, with the architectural competition won by Snøhetta and Studio Egret West with Gro Architects.

Chalupkova, Bratislava – Staré Mesto

Penta Real Estate acquired nearly three hectares of land between Mlynské nivy, Chalupkova, and Košická streets, where it plans a mixed-use development with an emphasis on public spaces (70%) and housing (30%). Construction activities are under way. The cleanup of the environmental burden of the former refinery site is also planned.

Vajnorská, Bratislava – Nové Mesto

On a 4.5-hectare plot, more than 1,100 apartments and about 30,000 m² of civic amenities will be developed. It will include more than 2,070 parking spaces, extensive greenery, green roofs, and pedestrian zones. The architectural competition was won by Bevk Perović Arhitekti. Construction will begin at the end of 2025.

Residential projects in Prague

Prague is a key city for Penta Real Estate. In the coming years, not only new apartments and offices will be built here, but entire city districts that will change the face of the capital.

Vinohradská 8, the area of the former Transgas

A multifunctional complex with residential apartments, boutique offices, and shops will be built on Vinohradská Street in the heart of Prague. The project by Jakub Cigler Architekti will bring approximately 192 apartments and 8,200 m² of office space. Construction is planned for 2025–2027.

Florenc 21, a new district in the city centre

One of the most ambitious projects is the transformation of the extensive brownfield site between Florenc bus station and Masaryk railway station. A completely new urban district will be created here with housing, civic amenities, and public spaces.

In addition to large multifunctional projects, Penta is also preparing several residential developments:

Žižkov Freight Station, Prague 3
conversion of an industrial zone into more than 500 apartments

MOCCA Residence, Prague 9
290 apartments, under construction.

Petrská 18, Prague 1
a premium project with 80 apartments in the historic centre.

For investors, it is crucial that Penta combines premium locations, architectural quality, and a long-term vision. These are values that consistently deliver returns while simultaneously cultivating the urban environment. These upcoming implementations confirm Penta’s ambition to set new development standards in Central Europe.
