Penta Real Estate changes cities’ skylines
These changes are also being implemented by Penta Real Estate, the development division of Penta Investments, part of the Penta Fund, which has been transforming urban environments in Slovakia and the Czech Republic for more than two decades. Penta Real Estate’s portfolio includes innovative buildings. These are projects that become landmarks, push the boundaries of architecture, and bring functionality to cities that was previously lacking.
Balance between aesthetics and functionality
Iconic Sky Park residential towers, revitalisation of Prague’s historic Masaryk Station, and contemporary Bory Mall shopping-community centre. These projects are testimony both to investment power and to visions that transform cities into better places to live. Let’s take a look at the most iconic Penta Real Estate projects.
Sky Park, Bratislava – Zaha Hadid Architects
Sky Park is a multifunctional complex in Bratislava city centre that was created by the world-renowned architectural studio Zaha Hadid Architects. Its four 31-story residential towers have over 1,000 stylish apartments, and the Sky Park Offices building has LEED Gold and WELL Gold certifications. Completed between 2020 and 2024, the project was developed on the site of a former industrial zone and brought more than 35,000 m² of greenery to the city, greatly improving the quality of the public space and environment.
Bory Bývanie, Bratislava Lamač
Extensive residential development by Penta Real Estate, transforming the northwestern part of Bratislava into a vibrant urban district. With more than six phases and thousands of apartments, it is a stable and sustainable project with excellent infrastructure and architecture.

Masaryčka, Prague – brownfield revitalisation
Masaryčka is one of the flagship projects of Penta Real Estate in Prague, and it represents an example of successful brownfield revitalisation. The complex includes the reconstruction of the historic Masaryk Station hall, the opening of new public spaces, retail outlets, and the Cloud One hotel. The facade’s architectural design was inspired by train tracks, and the gold colour is a unique expression of the fusion of history with contemporary aesthetics. The project won the “Building of the Year 2024” award.

Waltrovka complex, Prague
A major revitalisation of an industrial brownfield site. Penta acquired the abandoned premises of the former Walter factory in 2012 and then transformed it into a diverse urban district containing 700 apartments, extensive park areas, a kindergarten, residential and commercial sections as well as office buildings. The project received prestigious CEE Quality Awards, which confirmed the quality of its architecture and urban planning approach.

Penta Real Estate projects are evidence of a well-thought-out strategy that relies on a combination of architectural excellence, urban transformation, and sustainability. For investors, this means an attractive return as well as a share in the development of cities that are becoming a higher quality and more attractive environment for living, working, and leisure.
